The fee for an initial consultation is $175.00. Subsequent sessions are billed at $150.00 each.
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
Dr. Barnes is considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Health insurance policies provide some type of out-of-network coverage for therapy once deductibles have been satisfied.
Payment will be expected when services are rendered unless other arrangements are made. Dr. Barnes is happy to submit the paperwork to your insurance company on your behalf, once a month.
Cancellations
Patients are requested to provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation, otherwise they will be billed for the session. Insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled or missed sessions.
